He has lodged a complaint with the Delhi and Mumbai Police in this regard. According to reports, some people campaigned in the name of Rohit Verma at a fashion show at Delhi's Taj Palace and are charging Rs 2,000 for auditioning young models to be part of the show by luring them to Rohit's name.
When Rohit came to know about it, he alerted people through videos on social media. Rohit Verma has also shared a copy of the complaint along with his video. Recently, Rohit Verma said, "I am not aware of any such fashion show in Delhi. They have not been booked for it. People don't become part of it, the organizers are cheating,".

At the same time, Rohit has further complained to the Delhi Police and the Mumbai Police in the case. Rohit Verma, on the other hand, said, "It's absurd. Some people are misusing my name for their advantage. I want to tell people that I don't charge anyone for my show in the name of registration. I spoke to the organizer of the alleged event in Delhi, but he refused to settle the matter, after which I complained to the police. I have strong evidence against them and I urge the police to take strict action against the culprits," Rohit added.
