Mahira Sharma told that she is most sorry to make Shehnaz Gill her friends on the show. Talking about Shehnaz, Mahira said, "My worst memory of this house is to call Shehnaz Gill as a friend because if I make someone friend, I become emotional for them and Shehnaz said that she never consider me as her friend. Therefore, it is most bitter for me that I considered her a friend from the heart." Aarti told that she will always regret for not controlling her panic attack that came on the show. She said that her panic attack was shown on national television, she is sad and regretful that she could not control the panic attack.

After talking about their good and bad moments, the contestants also gave gifts to each other. Siddharth Shukla gave his gray shorts to his special friend Shehnaz Gill. All the contestants, including Shilpa Shetty, laugh loudly when Siddharth gives shorts to Shehnaz. On the other hand, Shehnaz gave her lipstick as a gift to Siddharth. Mahira gave her perfume to Paras and Paras gave his bracelet to Mahira. Aarti Singh gifted her salwar suit to Rashmi Desai. Asim gave his perfume as a gift to Rashmi.
