New Delhi: After the new Motor Vehicle Act implemented from 1 September 2019 in the country, a new record is being made every day of the amount of fine to be deducted for violating traffic rules in the capital Delhi. In the Rohini area itself, on September 5, a Rajasthan number truck which broke the traffic rules was fined 1 lakh 41 thousand. On September 12, a Haryana number has been fined a huge amount of Rs 2.5 lakh for breaking traffic rules. The amount of this fine has set a new record not only in Delhi but also of the highest fines in the country.

These rules were broken
- Driver to drive truck without license
- No registration certificate found with the driver
- Truck ownerdid not carry the fitness certificate
- Third party insurance was notavailable
-  NoPollution Certificate and pollution above Standard
- The truck was loaded with significantly more luggage than the standard
- Truck driver was driving the truck dangerously
- The driver did not eat the order of the police while being stopped for investigation

This fine was slapped by Rohini Traffic Police under a new act of a Haryana number truck. After challaning and seizing the truck, it was handed over to the Metro Politon Magistrate of Rohini court to deposit the money. From where the owner of the truck on 12 September deposited the full amount of the challan and rescued his truck. Like the Rajasthan truck caught on September 5, this truck was stopped by the traffic police while driving dangerously in the overload condition. After being caught, when the police team demanded documents from his driver, it was found that he did not even have a truck driving license, even a commercial driving license. Subsequently, as per the rules, it was invoiced. In this, most challans have been truncated for overloading and not having a pollution certificate.
