91 corona patients succumbed to death in 24 hours in Bihar, Health Department says 59 deaths

Patna: A total of 91 corona infected patients have lost their lives in Bihar in the last 24 hours. Out of the dead, 27 died in Patna while 74 died in other districts. However, the Health Department has confirmed the death of only 59 infected persons during treatment. A total of 27 people have lost their lives in three major hospitals in the capital Patna. 17 corona patients have died in NMCH, six in Patna AIIMS, four in PMCH. Three patients from the districts have died during treatment in Patna.

In Magadh, Saran, and Bhojpur, 33 people have died due to corona. Three of them died in Patna. Six of the seven deaths in Magadh were from Gaya while one was a resident of Arwal. Seven people have lost their lives in Rohtas. Looking at the death figures, a total of 5 people from Saran, 4 in Kaimur, 3 in Buxar, 1 in Vaishali, 2 in Begusarai, one in Gopalganj, and three in Bhojpur have died due to corona. 

In North Bihar, 25 people have lost their lives in north Bihar districts including Muzaffarpur on Thursday. The highest number of nine people have died in Muzaffarpur district. Five of the infected persons died in SKMCH and three died in a private hospital. One person succumbed to his injuries in home isolation. Five people have lost their lives in Darbhanga Medical College.
