Patna: In Chhapra, Bihar, criminals have shot dead a 23-year-old girl who is going to tuition from home. Villagers and family outraged and blocked roads by placing the dead body on the road. The deceased girl has been identified as Pramila Kumari, the daughter of Vinod Rai, a Bankerava resident of the Parsa police station area.
The incident is reported to be around 5 am on Monday morning.
