Patna: In Katihar, Bihar, a young man committed suicide by hanging himself in his house with his married girlfriend. The incident is from the Baulaya Panchayat of the Manihari police station area. The two loving couple were residents of the same village. According to villagers, Sushma Devi (21 years old) was married to Rohit Ravidas of Muzavartal three years ago. Both also have a child. Sushma's husband works as a laborer in Delhi. 

Sushma did not live in her mother-in-law's house and lived in her mother's house. According to the villagers, Sushma was having a love affair with Indal Kumar (21-year-old) from the village itself. Indal Kumar had passed the physical test in Army restoration in Katihar. On Sunday night, there was a quarrel between the two and after this, Indal committed suicide by hanging himself in his house in a rope and Sushma with her scarf. The family of both came to know about the incident on Monday morning. 

Panchayat heads Prakash Chandra Mandal and Sarpanch Mo Bobi Pans Vikas Mandal reached the spot and consoled the family members. In this regard, the police station president Ranjan Kumar said that it seems to be a case of committing suicide by hanging at first sight. Further action will be taken after the investigation. SP Vikas Kumar has confirmed committing suicide by hanging himself in a love affair.
