As per the notification issued by the Bihar health committee, a total of 8853 posts will be filled up. It has earmarked 2177 seats for male candidates and 1167 seats for women candidates in the unreserved categories. Similarly, 1088 seats have been earmarked for the MBC category and 597 seats for women. In the BC category, 606 seats have been fixed for men and 314 for women, 995 for men, and 531 for women in the same SC category. In addition, a total of 106 seats for ST, 284 seats for WBC, and 988 other seats are for the economically weaker EWS category.
