Patna: Bihar's innocents are year after year offering an unknown disease. With 108 children killed so far this year due to Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES), a fever, the state CM Nitish Kumar has got time to go to Muzaffarpur and take stock of the hospital on Tuesday.
