Ruby, Bihar arts topper, exposed the real face of Bihar education and told that "Political Science is a subject that talked about the preparation of food." The girl could not even pronounce the name of the subject, 'Political Science', properly as she calls it 'Prodigal Science'.

The Hazipur girl topped the Bihar board Class 12 (Arts) examination, securing 444 marks (90 %), which was declared on May 28.

On asking how many subjects, she has to appear for, the topper gives a silly reply: "May be five or six".

As she hardly knew the subject properly can top in the board examination, than How she can top the exam??
