Samastipur: As the crimes with women in Bihar are increasing day by day, the police administration also seems unable to stop it. The latest case has emerged from Samastipur district of Bihar. The body of a woman has been recovered today from the farm in Kheraban village under Dalsinghsarai police station area of Samastipur district.
Giving information about the case, police sources said that on the information of the villagers, the body of a woman has been recovered from the farm in Kheraban village. He said that the body has been identified as 50-year-old Indu Devi of Jaizapatti Mohalla of Dalsinghsarai police station in the district. Sources have said that Indu Devi, the deceased, left the house last night to defecate.
The police have taken the body and sent it to Samastipur Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Police say the prima facie case seems to be murder after rape, although nothing can be said clearly now. Police say that anything can be said about the case only after the post mortem report is received, the matter is currently under investigation.
