Patna: Voting for the first phase is going to be held in Bihar tomorrow i.e. on 28 October. Even before voting, Congress President Sonia Gandhi did a big attack on the Chief Minister of the state, Nitish Kumar. She recently said that Nitish government of Bihar is steeped in power and arrogance. Now the time has come to change this egoistic government. In a video release, Sonia Gandhi said, "My dear brothers and sisters of Bihar, I bow to the sacred and historic land of Bihar. Today, the government in Bihar, steeped in power and arrogance, has gone out of its way. Neither they do well nor they do.” This video has been shared by Rahul Gandhi and in which he said, “The labourer is forced today. The farmer is upset today. The young man is disappointed today."

Further, he said, "The fragile state of the economy is overshadowing people's lives. There is a serious crisis on the sons of the earth today. Dalits and Mahadalits have been left on the brink of Bihari. Backward sections of society are also victims of this plight. The voice of the people of Bihar is with the Congress Grand Alliance. This is the call of Bihar today." According to him, "The governments of Delhi and Bihar are captive governments. Note captives, lockouts, trade captives, economic captives, farm barn captives and bread employment detainees. That is why the people of Bihar are ready to build a new Bihar against the captive government for the next breed and the next crop. Now the wind of change is there because there is passion in change, there is energy, there is new thinking and power, now the time has come to write a new India."

Sonia Gandhi also said, "Bihar has quality, skill, strength, power of construction, but unemployment, migration, inflation, starvation have given tears in their eyes." Words that cannot be said have to be said with tears. Policy and governments cannot be created on the basis of fearless crime. Bihar is a mirror of India. There is a hope India believes. Passion is passion. Bihar is the pride of India.
