Simultaneously, the PM, who has given announcements to election-by-election Bihar, has also again opened the box of announcements for Bihar. Mithilanchal is divided into two parts, a bridge over the Kosi river. Mithilanchal has started running on the railway tracks. On 18 September, PM Modi handed over the gift of Koshi Rail Mahasetu to Bihar.

The PM also inaugurated the Amrit Yojana on the same day. On September 15, Prime Minister Modi has also announced the River Front Development Scheme under Namami Gange. Under this scheme, the target of providing pure water to 12 lakh families of Bihar has been entrusted. Out of which 6 lakh families are already being given pure water. Opposition asked what happened to the old promises: From 10 to 18 September, the foundation stone and inaugurations were witnessed in Bihar. BJP workers are still trying to explain the benefits to the people. But the opposition is repeatedly raising the question that what happened to the special package announced by the PM for Bihar? Not only this, the opposition is also getting more promises by the PM between 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Tejashwi, the Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly and RJD MLA, has called the PM's announcements a sham with the people of Bihar. Tejashwi said that in order to mislead the unemployed Biharis, they are making big announcements from the forums.
