Muzaffarpur: Five youths have kidnapped a class 10 student returning home from coaching in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar and committed a gang-rape incident with her. The incident took place on Monday evening in Pipri-Sahadullapur road of Sakra police station in the district. A case was registered three days later due to the negligence of the police in the incident.
According to the information, the 10th student returning home from tuition was kidnapped by Bolero riding youths. Five youths were gang-raped at the tip of the pistol by taking her in the shabby room of a closed petrol pump in Sujawalpur. Somehow the victim ran through the window and reached the national highway. The family members arrived at the information of the villagers and took the girl home. On Wednesday, three days after the incident, the matter reached the Women's Police Station. Earlier, the family informed the Sakra police station.
On Tuesday, the next day of the incident, the family members apprehended the accused and handed them over to the police, but the police did not take the matter seriously. The family was also tortured, audio of which has been given by the family to the police. On Wednesday, 48 hours after the incident at the postponement of Sakra police station, the victim along with her family reached the women's police station. The family complained about the gangrape at the police station. On this basis, the woman police station officer Neeru Kumari has registered a case under the Posco Act.
