Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo and former CM Lalu Yadav's health has suddenly deteriorated, following which he has been admitted to a private hospital in Patna. Meanwhile, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar reached Paras Hospital in Patna yesterday (July 6, 2022) to meet Lalu Prasad Yadav. Where Nitish Kumar also took information about his condition from the doctors. According to the media report, Tejashwi Yadav and Rabri Devi were also present in the hospital during this time.

After meeting the RJD supremo, Nitish Kumar said, "Lalu Ji's condition is better than before. It has been decided to take them to Delhi for treatment and all kinds of tests. Everything the government will do is not a problem. Nitish Kumar has also wished Lalu a speedy recovery.'' CM Nitish Kumar has said, "Lalu Ji was supposed to be taken to Singapore for a kidney transplant after 10-15 days, but now the fracture has been done. We will talk to the doctors in Delhi and decide according to the situation that will be there.'' Talking to the media after meeting Lalu Yadav, Nitish Kumar said, "After getting the news, I immediately took information about Lalu Ji, today I have come to meet Lalu Ji myself. Laluji's health has improved from before. We have had old days' relations with Laluji. Today, it has been decided to take Lalu Ji to Delhi and get him treated. It is better to go to Delhi and check everything better.''

On the question of getting treatment at government expenses, Nitish Kumar said, "This is not a questionable thing. Laluji has a right to this. There is a rule in Bihar about all these things.'' At the same time, Lalu's son Tejashwi Yadav said that after his father's health deteriorated, PM Modi also called and asked about his movement. "On Tuesday (July 5), I got a call from PM Modi. Ever since Laluji has been admitted, cm Nitish has also been constantly taking his information. We have also spoken to Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. Everyone is praying that Lalu Ji gets well as soon as possible.''
