Patna: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP and former Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi has once again hit out at Lalu-Rabri over his 15-year rule saying that Lalu Prasad Yadav's misrule had made Bihar Afghanistan during that time. Sushil Modi said that during the Lalu-Rabri regime of 1990-2005, Bihar was in a similar condition as present Afghanistan during which the kidnapping business and genocide were at their peak.

Modi said the kidnapping activity ran on the strength of a gun under Lalu-Rabri's misrule. More than 100 massacres united and women were afraid to leave the house. The education system was fourfold and development had come to a standstill. Sushil Modi, on the other hand, has also hit back at RJD state president Jagdanand Singh's statement that he had termed RSS as Taliban-like. Hitting out at Jagdanand Singh, Sushil Modi said why Jagdanand Singh, who ran his "stand-up government," did not see the Taliban hidden in RJD when Lalu and Rabri were ruling in Bihar?

Hitting out at Jagdanand Singh, Sushil Modi said that according to Lalu's younger son Tejashwi, he has lost his composure under pressure to act and be constantly humiliated by elder son Tej Pratap and that is why he is comparing RSS to the Taliban who believes in violence.
