Patna: Prashant Kishor attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav due to Jan Suraj Padyatra. Prashant said that in the last 32 years, Lalu and Nitish together have made the entire Bihar a factory to produce laborers. Prashant said this in a public meeting at Adapur in East Champaran on Thursday during Jan Suraj Padyatra.

Prashant Kishore said that Bihar only works to create laborers across the country, whichever state needs laborers, Bihar comes to their mind first. He further said that today there is no such house in Bihar from where even a single young person has not gone out of the house to work as a laborer and that too for just Rs.10,000 to 15,000. Prashant Kishore also said that Bihar has never gone beyond potato and sand and I do not want to take the third name.

Targeting the leaders of Bihar, Prashant Kishor said that here people have made a convention that the one who wears a bald on his kurta will be considered a grassroots leader. But I want to tell you how you can remove poverty, you have that ability, instead of coming and saying that I will remove poverty. Speaking on the farmers, Prashant Kishor said that if one-third of Bihar's farmers start growing vegetables, then Bihar can supply vegetables to the whole country. He said that we consider cold storage only as a house for keeping potatoes, we can keep vegetables and fruits in cold storage because we have never looked beyond potatoes. Bihar did not go beyond potato and sand, I do not want to take the third name.
