Bihar Judicial Services Exam postpones due to Covid-19 surge

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has deferred the conduct of its 31st judicial services (Main) examination 2021 in view of a high surge in COVID-19 cases in Bihar. The BPSC BJS exam was from 8 to 13 April.

Earlier, the BPSC judicial services exam was to be held from April 8 to April 13 which now has been postponed. BPSC issued a notice regarding the postponement which is uploaded on its official site at bpsc.bih.nic.in. BPSC with BJS also postponed the exam for Project Manager Recruitment (Prelims).

Aspiring Candidates for Bihar Judicial services exam tweeted to many officials such as Governor of Bihar Phagu Chauhan, the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Health Minister, BPSC Chairman R K Mahajan, HRD principal secretary Sanjay Kumar and others to Postpone the upcoming Judicial services exam because to rise in covid 19 cases.

BPSC had conducted its 31st Bihar Judicial Services Prelims Exam on December 6, 2020, and its result was declared on February 8, 2021. A total number of 15369 candidates had appeared for the BPSC 31st judicial services prelims exams out of which 2379 candidates have been declared successful in clearing the exam. Candidates who have passed the prelims exam will appear for the main exam.
