Bihar: Court Give interesting punishment to an accused of rape attempt

Madhubani: The accused of trying to rape a woman was granted bail for six months on condition of washing and ironing the clothes of all women in the village for free. Jhanjharpur court ADJ Avinash Kumar granted bail to accused Lalan Kumar. Thethe accused was arrested on April 19. He was accused of misbehaving with a woman and trying to rape her on the night of April 17.

Lalan Kumar Safi, a 20-year-old man, is said to be a washerman by profession. So he was ordered by court to do his profession work free of cost. The defence counsel defended him during the hearing. Said the young man is 20 years old. A chargesheet has been submitted in the case and police investigation has been completed. An application for an agreement between the two sides has also been made. In the debate, the accused party said that the accused wants to serve society through his profession. The ADJ court gave its unique verdict after the hearing was over. 

After six months, the accused has also been ordered to hand over the certificate of free service from the head, sarpanch or any government official to the court. From the head or sarpanch or any respected government servant to the court has been directed to dedicate. The youth has also asked for a copy of the bail to be sent to the village sarpanch and head to monitor whether free service is being provided in the village or not.
