Munger: The brother-in-law shot dead sister-in-law's husband in order to maintain an illicit relationship with her in Munger, Bihar. The deceased had come to his house 2 days before taking his wife for the first time after marriage. Chandan Yadav (22 years) of Kutulupur Panchayat had arrived at the Tilak ceremony of Bhulla in the neighborhood on Wednesday night. Chandan Yadav's brother-in-law Manish Yadav reached and took him by the name of some work.

Husband married for the second time for 2 lakh rupees; wife filed dowry harassment case

After this Manish shot him near the village and escaped from the spot. Chandan Yadav died on the spot in this incident. After receiving the information, the family reached the spot and reported the matter to the police. On receiving the information about the incident, Mufassil Police Station Brijesh Kumar along with the police force reached the spot and took the body to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

The family said that the deceased Chandan Yadav was married to Anjana Kumari 6 months ago. But after marriage, the girl never came to her home. On December 10, the deceased took his wife from her home. After this, Manish, brother-in-law of Anjana Kumari came to her house in tuesday evening and then shot Anjana's husband Chandan in the night. Family members said that Anjana had an illicit relationship with her brother-in-law Manish. Police is currently investigating the case.
