Bihar govt issued new order regarding Diwali and Chhath

Patna: The entire country is currently gearing up for Deepawali and Chhath Mahaparva. Due to these festivals, people living in other states have started coming to Bihar. However, the Bihar government is very cautious about corona. The Bihar Chief Minister has recently issued a new order. Issuing the order, the Chief Minister said, "People living outside Bihar will have to show corona vaccination certificate to come to Bihar and those who have not been vaccinated will be vaccinated immediately.''

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar gave these necessary guidelines to the officials last Saturday. Let us also tell all of you that a large number of people from Bihar living in other states of the country including Delhi, Mumbai come to celebrate Chhath Parv. In view of this, Nitish Kumar has directed the authorities to conduct corona check-ups to people coming from outside. He said, 'If people coming to Bihar in Chhath festival have got vaccination and RTPCR test, then keep the certificate with them.'

Now, following the direction of the CM here, the Health Department will keep a special watch on outsiders at railway stations, bus stands and inter-state border checkpoints and corona testing will be ensured at these places as well. CM Nitish says those who have not been vaccinated due to a non-Aadhaar card should be vaccinated on the basis of another Identity Card.

On the other hand, Additional Chief Secretary Suffix Amrit said, "The corona vaccination drive will be intensified before Chhath Mahaparva and the number of corona tests will be further increased. A door-to-door campaign on the second dose of the corona vaccine will also be launched on 18th, 19th and 20th October. People will also be motivated to take another dose of the corona vaccine. The number of corona patients in Bihar has come down to a great extent.''
