Patna: The first session of the assembly has been completed after the formation of the government under Nitish Kumar last month. During this, aggressive attitude of opposition parties was also seen. Now, the possibility of Nitish Kumar's cabinet expansion is being raised. It is being told that Nitish Kumar can expand the cabinet only in December.
In the new government of Nitish, there was a lot of discussion in the politics of not giving a single ministerial position to the minister, in such a situation, whether or not the Muslim leader will be given space in the expansion of the cabinet is a big question. Not a single Muslim candidate from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has reached the assembly in Bihar elections, it is certain that if Nitish Kumar wants to give a Muslim face a place in his cabinet, he will be a member of the Legislative Council.
Let us tell you that the BJP did not give a ticket to a single Muslim in this election, while the JDU had fielded 11 Muslim candidates. According to the constitutional provisions, a total of 36 ministers can be appointed in the state, out of which currently there are 13 ministers besides the CM and the JDU has only four ministers except the Chief Minister. 22 more ministers are yet to be appointed.
