Patna: The body of a youth was found in the Neura OP police station area of Bihta in Bihar's capital Patna on Monday morning. The young man is said to have been beaten and strangled to death because of his Illegal relationship. The body has been identified as Rahul Kumar, son of Rahatganj resident Vinod Rai. After the body was found, a crowd of people gathered around and people created a ruckus.

Rahul Kumar was reportedly missing since Saturday. When he did not return on Sunday, the family launched a search, during which his mobile was off. He then lodged a missing complaint with the Neura police station. Police were investigating when Rahul's body was found locked in a sack near Adlipur village on Monday morning. People reported it to the police after the body was found. Bruises were found on the young man's body. There is also a scar on the throat.

The young man is said to have had a close relationship with a woman. He had quietly left his house to meet her. The girl's family brutally killed her when they saw her meet and dumped the body in a sack and threw it into a waterlogged pit near the village. Al went for a walk in the morning and saw a sack stinking. The police were then informed. According to father Vinod Rai, Rahul had an affair with a girl. That's what he's been murdered for. Police are investigating the case.
