Patna: The people who have the responsibility to implement the liquor ban law in Bihar, are consuming it. Lalu Yadav was not affected by this prohibition law. However, the police immediately took action and arrested Lalu Yadav on charges of drinking alcohol. This Lalu Yadav is posted as Assistant Under Inspector (ASI) in Bihar Police.

A police officer on Saturday has told that a liquor party was going on in Khatal behind the police station in the capital Patna on Friday night, which also included policemen. When Pataliputra Police got information about this, the police raided and arrested everyone. The arrested people have been identified as ASI Lalu Yadav, constable Pawan Kumar and ASI's relative Nagendra Yadav posted at Shastri Nagar police station.

Giving information about the case, the police has said that after the investigation of the three, drinking has been confirmed. The arrest of these policemen has caused panic in the department. The information of the case has been given to the higher officials of Patna Police Administration.
