Manorama Devi, the former Janata Dal legislator, who was suspended from the party for trying to protect her son who is occupied in a road rage death, give up before a Gaya court on Tuesday. Later the liquor bottles stashed in her house when the Bihar Police searching for son Rocky Yadav,wanted for killing a boy after the teenager allegedly overtook Yadav's car in Gaya. Alcohol is banned in the state.

The FIR also filed alongside her under the Child Labour Act, later a minor was found employed at her house.

Yadav allegedly shot dead the teenager on May 7, and was in prison on May 10 after escaping police.

To hide Yadav from the authorities, Manorama Devi and her husband are also supposed to have helped.
