Patna: Bihar's Saharsa district was shaken by two murders on the same day. The incident occurred late Saturday night at Chiraiya OP area within the Kosi embankment at Salkhua in Saharsa. The criminals shot dead two dead in the head of Devendra Yadav alias Devendra Rai (50), a resident of Asinchak of Harishankarpur in Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur district, sleeping on the platform of the new primary school.

Both the incidents are being reported to be between 12 pm to 1 pm. On Sunday morning, Chiraiya OP chief Kanti Prasad Yadav, who arrived in Sadal force, said that both the bodies have been sent for post-mortem. He said that due to farming and employment both were living in another district, due to this, the police are also waiting for the family to reach both of them.
