Patna: During the proceedings of the budget session of the Bihar Assembly, it was once again on Wednesday that everyone was surprised. Today, CM Nitish's minister misidentified assembly speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha in the house. It was said that during the question hour, minister Samrat Chaudhary, who stood up during the question hour, was agitated when the speaker expected him not to file an online reply, and then he began to usurp the speaker in the house. In fact, in the Bihar assembly, Panchayati Raj Minister In Bihar government, Samrat Chaudhary told the speaker, "Such a house will not run, don't be more disturbed."

This is what Vijay Kumar Sinha was agitated and immediately asked the minister to express regret for his point. Even after hearing this, when he did not obey, the speaker adjourned the house till 12 o'clock. Minister Samrat Chaudhary stood up to answer the question of BJP MLA Pawan Jaiswal. Seeing this, the speaker told him, "Your online reply is not coming," on which he said ''I have answered 14 out of 16 questions online, you know."

After seeing this, the speaker said, "I have not got it so far. You should talk to the officers of the department once." The minister then said, "Well, don't be too disturbed." Vijay Kumar Sinha asked him to withdraw his words. Hearing this, he said, "The Speaker cannot run such a house. You cannot give directions. You cannot run the house like this. If you understand that, the house will not run. Don't be too disturbed."
