In this case, the police official says, "the victim is about 30 years old and has registered a case against 9 persons including the sarpanch of the village.''
The aggrieved woman is said to have gone to the district Superintendent of Police and given a written complaint against the accused. At the same time, a case has also been filed in several sections of gangrape and molestation against 9 persons on the basis of the complaint of the aggrieved woman. According to the information received in the case, FIR has been lodged against the village Sarpanch Udaram, Bhanwarlal Meghwal, Hukmaram, Sukharam, Gangaram, Sumer Singh. It is said that all these have been put on a number of sections including scheduled caste and scheduled tribe. The police are also investigating the matter.
