Lucknow: Vikas Dubey's wife Richa Dubey, the main accused in the famous Bikru case of Uttar Pradesh, in Shastri Nagar Mataiyapurwa's property worth one crore was sealed on Saturday (September 24). Along with this, properties worth Rs 150 crore in Kanpur, Dehat and Lucknow of gangster Vikas Dubey have been confiscated by the administration so far. On the instructions of the High Court, the DM Court dismissed the representation of the owner of the factory operating on the property.

Let us inform you that Richa Dubey bought 185 square meters of land from Ramavadh Dubey in 2010, which Richa sold to Girish Dayal in 2012. Hosiery is running in the name of Dayal. Former District Magistrate Neha Sharma had issued a decree to confiscate the property. Hosiery trader Girish had gone to the High Court regarding the confiscation order of the DM Court. The High Court had ordered to hear their side, on which the DM Court while issuing a notice, heard Girish Dayal's side.

The DM Court held that the property was acquired illegally, hence the representation was dismissed on 20 September. Tehsildar Bilhaur Laxmi Narayan Bajpai sealed the hosiery factory operated with a heavy police force and PAC. Factory owner Girish Dayal told that he had bought the property only after seeing the saledeed. He said that the order for the rejection of the representation and sealing was received from the DM Court on Friday. Sealing action was taken without delay on Saturday. Goods and machines worth crores have also been sealed in it. Hundreds of workers will be shattered by the closure of the factory.
