Biocon (Kiran of Kiran Mazumdar Shaw) surged nearly 9% today, according to the company said, " it had proposed to consider and recommend issue of bonus shares.".
Biocon notifies to BSE as, "we wish to inform you that consideration and recommendation to issue bonus shares forms part of the agenda of the meeting of the board of Directors of the company scheduled on Tuesday, April 27, 2017."
The result of its 4-quarter will be announced on April 27.
