According to the information received, after the confirmation of bird flu in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan, for the first time on Saturday, crows have died in Kota and Pali. It is now spreading to five districts. 19 ravens have died in Baran, 15 in Jhalawar and 22 more in Ramganjmandi, Kota on Saturday. So far 177 crows have died in these 3 districts of Kota division. In Indore, 13 more crows have died.

Threatened Migratory Birds: More than 1,000 migratory birds have died in a week in Peng Dam Sanctuary of Himachal Pradesh after Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The colorful birds of various species from Russia, Siberia, Central Asia, China, Tibet, etc. arrive in Peng Dam Sanctuary every year in long flight and attract tourists. These birds have suddenly gone. The Ministry of Wildlife has informed District Collector Kangra about the possibility of bird flu and has banned all activities in the lake.

Panic among the people: King Fisher and Magpai are also continuously dying in Baran district. 8 Kauravas have been found at different places in Sumerpur of Pali. No death has been reported in Jodhpur on Saturday, but 152 crows have been killed here so far. In Kota division, there is panic among people due to bird flu. Except Jhalawar, samples from other places have not come, but in view of the deaths, Chief Wildlife Warden, ML Meena has issued an alert across the state. Control room has been made in Jhalawar. Rest of the places are also being investigated promptly.

Bird flu can become such a big risk: If bird flu infection is also seen in chickens, then it is becoming the biggest danger. Chickens have been speculated to spread the virus to humans. Thousands of foreign birds have come to the state for winter migration. Fear of infection is also started in them. At the time of the Sambhar Lake tragedy, even the most exotic birds had been affected by the epidemic. Samples of dead birds have been sent to a laboratory in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The causes of death can be ascertained only after the report is received.
