NEW DELHI: The top leaders and ministers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will meet on Wednesday at the party headquarters to deliberate and organise programmes to commemorate the eight years of the Narendra Modi-led Central government. A party source said, "On May 25, a meeting will be held at the BJP headquarters. We will talk about the plans and schedule for the Modi government's eight-year anniversary celebrations ".

The meeting will include BJP leader JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The source added that  they will also discuss the execution of 15-day programmes connected to 'Seva, Shushan, and Gareeb Kalyan' to commemorate the eight-year anniversary.

The goal is to reach people with all of the government's policies and programmes. "The BJP is preparing grand festivities by reaching out to its constituents through government policies and programmes. 'Vikas Teeratha yatra' will be undertaken by the ministers. Details will be discussed at tomorrow's meeting " the source added.

The BJP will celebrate its eight years in power at the Centre on May 30, with a theme of "Service, Good Governance, and Poor Welfare" from May 30 to June 14. A framework was devised for taking the government's report card to the people at a meeting of the BJP national office bearers held in Jaipur on May 20.
