New Delhi: Amid the crisis in the Corona epidemic, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has asked Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to call an all-party meeting on the issue of migrant workers. The BJP has raised this demand at a time when questions are being raised about the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi on the issue of reducing the number of deaths due to taxing.

The BJP said that CM Kejriwal should convene an all-party meeting to consider other serious matters related to the Corona epidemic, including sending migrant workers stranded in Delhi to their homeland safely and recalling the people of Delhi trapped in other states. In this regard, Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly and BJP MLA Rambir Singh Bidhuri has also written a letter to CM Kejriwal.

BJP MLA Rambir Singh Bidhuri said that in the absence of proper settlement, thousands of labourers are leaving for their homes on foot every day. Among them are small children, elderly and pregnant women. These migrant workers are confronting the police in every place, which is very sad. He said that the Delhi government should talk to the central government and resolve this problem appropriately.
