Bhopal: After successive defeats in the assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has taken tough measures for the time to come. The BJP has made many changes at the level of the organization. BJP leader and Madhya Pradesh general minister Vishnu Dutt Sharma has been appointed as the president of the Madhya Pradesh BJP unit. He has been replaced by Rakesh Singh.

BJP National President JP Nadda has appointed Dal Bahadur Chauhan as the President of the Sikkim BJP Unit. The post of president of Kerala BJP has been assigned to Surendran. Vishnu Dutt Sharma is considered to be the big face of the politics of Madhya Pradesh. BD Sharma, originally from Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, is a BJP MP from Khajuraho Lok Sabha seat. Currently, he is the state's general minister.
