New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has further intensified its attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for getting a massage from a rape accused inside Tihar Jail by Jail Minister Satyendar Jain in the Arvind Kejriwal government of the country's capital Delhi. BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said on Tuesday (November 22) that 'AAP' is an anarchic crime party. Describing Kejriwal as the biggest murderer, they have demanded his resignation.

Gaurav Bhatia further said that Deputy CM and liquor scam accused Manish Sisodia would one day come in front and say that does not make fun of anyone's illness. The BJP spokesperson said that the question that the public was asking is that what four other people were doing with the accused (Satyendar Jain) inside the jail, why the massage was going on, and why he (Satyendar Jain) was not wearing a prisoner's clothes. Why is he being given the facility of mineral water, TV, and AC? There was no response to this. Bhatia further said, how an anarchic criminal party flouting the law shamelessly justifies an act that brings shame to all. We had strongly raised this issue on that day also.

BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia asked Kejriwal to do two things without delay. First, apologize to the whole country. Second, Satyendar Jain has no right to continue as a minister even for a second. We raised the issue that the massage is going on, and the head of the accused (Satyendar Jain) is being pounded, which has nothing to do with the spine. This person who is doing massage is accused of POCSO Act and a case is going on against him under various sections of IPC. The POCSO law is meant to protect the children of the country from predators. This section is so serious that its punishment is life imprisonment. The BJP spokesperson said that if this responsibility has become a burden on your (Kejriwal's) shoulders, then resign. 'There is not a drop of blood on your hand, but everyone says that there is no bigger murderer than you.'
