Ahmedabad: The results of the Gujarat Assembly elections are coming today. The counting of votes began at 8 am and polling was held in two phases on December 1 and 5. Most exit polls in Gujarat had predicted a BJP government. At the same time, according to the trends so far, the BJP seems to be returning to the government with a huge majority in Gujarat.

Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national president Arvind Kejriwal had campaigned extensively in Gujarat during several visits, but the public has rejected his promises of free. At the same time, the Bharat Jodo Yatra being taken out by Rahul Gandhi has not shown any effect on the people of Gujarat. According to the trends so far, out of the total 182 seats in Gujarat, BJP is leading in 148 seats, while Congress is leading in 20 seats and Kejriwal's AAP is leading in 10 seats.

Kejriwal's prediction proved wrong:

Let us know that on Sunday (27 November), Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal made a big prediction while holding a press conference. Kejriwal had written on paper that AAP is going to form the government in Gujarat,  but, AAP is not even seen in the role of opposition, let alone forming the government.
