For the past one month, the issue of protests in Shaheen Bagh against the Citizenship Amendment Act has now reached the Supreme Court. The BJP leader has appealed to the Supreme Court for immediate hearing on the petition demanding the removal of protesters from Shaheen Bagh. At the same time, the Supreme Court asked Shaheen Bagh to go to the concerned officer to know the date of hearing on the petition of the BJP leader to remove the protesters.

According to media reports, 35 students had earlier filed a petition against the Shaheen Bagh demonstration in the High Court. It has been said in the petition that due to the performance, there is a lot of difficulty in the preparation of the board examination. While giving the verdict on this petition of the children, the High Court had directed the Delhi Police to take action by paying attention to the road which is closed to Kalindi Kunj-Shaheen Bagh so that the students do not face any problem. While hearing the case, Justice Naveen Chawla had instructed the police that Sarita Vihar Resident Welfare Association should look into the matter and resolve it.

For your information, let us tell you that the Federation had filed a petition in the court saying that many students who will go for the board examination through Kalindi Kunj-Shaheen Bagh road will face trouble because this road is closed from December 15. In this petition filed through Mathur, it was said that the board examination of class X and XII will be held in February and March. In such a situation, there is a heavy jam on Mathura Road due to the closure of road number 13, due to which the students are late in reaching the school, in such a situation, the future of the students can be at stake.
