The incident of the criminal throwing a petrol bomb was caught on CCTV. The criminals hurled two petrol bombs at the BJP leader's house and fled on a motorcycle.
Criminals hurled petrol bombs at the residence of Kalyanasundaram, a BJP functionary from the Kanyakumari district. The case was caught on CCTV, in which two bottles filled with fuel are seen being burnt and thrown at BJP functionary Kalyanasundaram's residence of Karumankudal. After committing the incident that took place late on Saturday night, the two criminals were seen fleeing. It is being said that the petrol bomb hit the window grill and fell down, due to which there was not much damage. When BJP workers gathered to demand action against the culprits who carried out the incident, the Mandaikadu police registered a case and started an investigation.
The incident comes two days after the BJP office in Coimbatore was attacked. A day after this attack, the action was taken against the PFI. Angry over the incident, BJP workers protested a lot, after which the police reached the spot and took the front. After Coimbatore, a petrol bomb was hurled at the house of an RSS member in Madurai. Three petrol bombs were hurled in the district. It was a matter of relief that no one was injured in this incident.
