Indore: BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiy son  MLA Akash Vijayvargiya has not been granted bail from the court after his arrest from Indore Assembly constituency No.3. The court has ordered Akash to be sent to jail by July 7 in judicial custody. According to information, Akash was kept in police custody overnight due to the provisions of the jail manual and was sent to jail on Thursday morning.

Akash's lawyers will file a bail petition in the Sessions Court on Thursday. BJP MLA Akash and nine of his associates were produced before the district court after their arrest by the police and the trial of the two sides in the case was completed before yesterday's evening. The court did not order a waiting medical report.

Akash, the MLA of BJP's National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya, had prevented the municipal team officials from demolishing a dilapidated house in Ganji Compound in Indore and the controversy escalated, where a corporate officer was beaten by the sky from a cricket bat.
