Hyderabad: A verbal war has started between the ruling Shiv Sena and the BJP over the opening of the temple in Maharashtra. BJP MLA Atul Bhatkalkar has targeted CM Uddhav Thackeray in the matter of opening religious places in Mumbai and Maharashtra. Atul Bhatkhalkar questioned Uddhav Thackeray about the correspondence between Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and CM Uddhav Thackeray in the matter of opening the temple and said, "As a Hindutva activist, all I want to say is that leave aside the matter of other's Hindutva, but Uddhav Thackeray, at least keep Balasaheb Thackeray's Hindutva."
He said that, if Balasaheb Thackeray were alive today, he would first ask for the temple to be opened and later to open restaurants and hotels. But you first opened restaurants and hotels, CM Uddhav Thackeray opened liquor shops but he is not ready to open the temple. Due to which the sentiment of people is now intensifying.
MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar said that, so many festivals are going to come in the coming days, the temple should be opened as soon as possible keeping in mind the sentiments of the people, otherwise the government may have to face the public anger in the coming time. Bhatkhalkar alleged that even after closing the temple, you have done the work of making Maharashtra the corona capital of the nation.
