New Delhi: The BJP MLA, which has given a controversial statement on the Hathras gang rape and murder case, has now targeted former Congress president Rahul Gandhi. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Surendra Singh, who is often in the spotlight for his statements, has told Rahul Gandhi to read 'tuition' from the nationalists, calling him a person of foreign mentality of 'double character'.

BJP MLA Singh from Bairia assembly seat also said that he is still adamant on his statement regarding good rites given to sons and daughters to prevent rape incidents. Talking to press persons on Monday, Singh alleged that Rahul is a double-minded foreign-minded person. He said that Rahul is completely ignorant of Indian culture. Surendra Singh said that Rahul will understand the definition of nationalism when he takes 'tuition' of the nationalists.

Surendra Singh further said that while visiting Hathras in the past, the double character of Rahul and his sister Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been revealed. Singh said that while traveling, both of them were smiling while reaching the victim's house and started shedding tears.
