Bangalore: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Uttar Kannada MP Ananth Kumar Hegde has written to Ceat Tyres MD and CEO Anant Vardhan Goenka. In the letter, he has requested for issuance of an advertisement on the problems faced by the people by disrupting roads for prayers. The letter has been written in response to an advertisement containing 'Awareness Campaign' of CEAT Tyres released a month ago. In fact, the ad depicts Bollywood actor Aamir Khan telling school children that 'the road is for driving, not to firecrackers.' Bomb blasts in the society so that no one on the road is inconvenienced. '

Though the ad shows 'celebration of winning a cricket match', it has been released ahead of Hindu festivals Dussehra and Diwali. Highlighting this "public message", BJP MP Hegde in his letter to the CEO of CEAT Tyres said, "Your concern for public issues should be appreciated. In this regard, I urge you to solve another problem of people on the streets. You should also issue advertisements every Friday in the name of namaz and for Muslims disrupting roads on other occasions. In his letter, Hegde explained how emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire tenders also have to get stuck in traffic due to the blocking of roads.

He said this sometimes puts people's lives at risk. Just as the company has spread "awareness" with Aamir Khan's Ad, the BJP MP has also requested the company to spread awareness about noise pollution caused by loudspeakers installed on mosques. Sometimes, when there is too much noise, the people around them face a lot of problems. Hegde has said, "Since you are extremely aware and sensitive to the difficulties faced by the common people and you are also from the Hindu community, I am confident that you can feel the bias against Hindus for centuries. He further said that it has become a trend that some anti-Hindu actors, ignoring their own evils, misunderstand everything about Hinduism.''
