New Delhi:  A series of allegations and counter-allegations of political parties on the air pollution continues in In Delhi-NCR. Meanwhile, BJP MP from East Delhi, Gautam Gambhir, came under target of other parties including Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Surrounded by criticisms, Gambhir has posted on Twitter, targeting you. Gambhir wrote, "My work will speak for itself!" If the pollution of Delhi is reduced by abusing me, then abuse me.

The Parliamentary Committee meeting was held on Friday when Delhi-NCR reached a dangerous level of pollution. Many MPs and heads of the three Municipal Corporations (MCD) did not reach this meeting of the Parliamentary Committee related to the Urban Development Ministry. Meanwhile, a picture of Gautam Gambhir, who arrived to comment on the India-Bangladesh Test match, went viral on social media, in which he was seen tasting Indori Pohe-Jalebi along with his teammates VVS Laxman and Jatin Sapru. Taking a dig at this, the Aam Aadmi Party wrote on Twitter that, "Is the commentary box limited to the seriousness about pollution?"

Let us tell you that only four MPs Jagdambika Pal, Hasanair Masoodi, CR Patil and Sanjay Singh have attended the meeting. Whereas only deputy secretary level officials reached from the Ministry of Environment. Apart from this, junior officers also came from DDA.
