BJP's new slogan to overthrow TMC, 'Jai Mahakali, Jai Shri Ram'

Kolkata: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday said its slogans in West Bengal will be "Jai Shree Ram" and "Jai Maha Kali" and the party will campaign in the state till it overthrows the Trinamool Congress (TMC) from power. The BJP's West Bengal affairs in-charge Kailash Vijayvargiya told the press in the first tour after the Saffron party's excellent victory in the Lok Sabha polls in the state that, "our slogans in Bengal will be ' Jai Shree Ram ' and ' Jai Mahakali '.  Bengal is the land of Mahakali.  We must have bless of the mother Mahakali. ’’

The BJP has included in the list of its slogans for the state "Jai Maha Kali" at a moment when the TMC accuses the BJP of being an outsider party, saying that those who do not understand the culture of Bengal. Kailash Vijayvargiya has said that the BJP's propaganda in Bengal will remain incomplete until the TMC government is ousted from power and the Saffron Party's leadership does not become a new government.

Few days ago, the West Bengal cm Mamata Banerjee in a Facebook post made a few days ago said that the BJP was repeatedly using ' Jai Shree Ram ' to get Dharma into politics. TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee also said that efforts are being made to propagate the ideology of hate, which should be resisted.
