Hyderabad: Addressing the media here on Saturday, BJP MLA M Raghunandan Rao said that the Chief Minister had promised three acres of land to Dalits four times between 2014 and 2017. Apart from this, he also promised that the investment for farming would be borne by the state government. Due to misleading the House by this refutation of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, the BJP party is seeking legal opinion to bring a privilege motion against the CM," he said.

He said the TRS chief should know that it was not 1985 when he was elected MLA. Now, everything that is spoken is born from the record. He said KCR should make it public that what was said in the election manifesto was a mistake and that his party has no intention of giving three acres of land to Dalits. He reiterated his demand to place the reports of Koneru Ranga Rao Committee on Land Reforms and Girglani Committee on Podu land before the House for discussion. "Moreover, he said that the CM assured to take an all-party delegation to the PM in November 2015 for the appointment of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the classification of SC reservations," Raghunandan said.

The BJP MLA asked the TRS chief to release the letter he had written to the Prime Minister and sought time for the same. He questioned the CM to move a resolution passed by the state legislature on enumeration of caste census when the issue is pending before the Supreme Court. He questioned how a state assembly can pass a resolution on an issue which is under consideration.
