New Delhi: BJP National President JP Nadda has recently endorsed three agriculture ordinances. In the meantime, he said, "This will greatly benefit the farmers." He said, adding that all the three ordinances are very far-sighted, so we are preparing to bring them to Parliament as bills and get them passed. All three bills can prove to be very beneficial for increasing investment in the agriculture sector". He also said, "Talking about the Essential Commodities Act, it is 1955.

The yield was very low, which is now very high. When the bill came, the yield was showing a decline. Now, taking into account the status of exceptions by deregulating it. By doing so, the private sector will invest. Similarly, with the help of the agricultural produce trade and commerce (promotion and facilitation) bill we are trying to facilitate the farmers. This will enable farmers to sell their produce in a convenient manner. The grain is sold through the grain market, but farmers will sell their grains outside the mandi.

Not only that, but the bill will also provide information about the rate of grains what is going to be the price in the future. In addition, Nadda said that similar value assurance and farmers (empowerment and protection) agreement on agricultural services is based on contract farming. This is also necessary because everybody does not cultivate themselves because it asks for a written agreement. The agreement is about to be based on the product. Even if the contract cultivator makes any investment on the land, the ownership of the land will remain with the farmer.
