Singh Dakoha (Batala), Nirmaljit Singh (Mohali), Jagmohan Singh Saini (Patiala), Kavita Sarowal (Patiala), Jeevan Mahajan (Mukerian) and Davinder Singh (Mukerian) have been appointed as special invitees.
