BJP state president Sanjay Kumar on Friday alleged that the TRS was considering handing over the post of Hyderabad Mayor to MIM in the upcoming GHMC elections. Referring to the press conference, he said, "As part of their plan, both trs and MIM are making strategies."

He urged the people to end the 'secret understanding' between the two parties and appealed to the people to give the BJP a chance in the GHMC elections. "To cope with the false promises made by the state government, Dabpak voters have chosen BJP candidate M Raghunandan Rao in the recent by-election," he said and expressed hope that similar result would be repeated in the GHMC elections too.
