Lucknow: The road accident conspiracy of the Unnao rape victim and her family seems to be constantly turning towards BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. The UP police have registered a case of murder, but the BJP today suspended MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar from Bangaramu in Unnao due to the demand of the victim's family and the opposition.

Talking to media, UP BJP unit president Swatanter Dev Singh said that the party has taken strict action against Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Kuldeep Singh Sengar was earlier suspended from the party and we will continue his suspension. Kuldeep Singh Sengar no longer has anything to do with the party, the law will take its own course.

Independent Dev Singh further said that the CBI will investigate both the cases and those found guilty will be dealt with the strictest action. The UP government stands firmly with the victim's family. On the other hand, attacking the opposition, UP BJP President Swatanter Dev Singh said that the SP and the Congress have no other issue and hence they are ruling it. It is a tragic incident, with the BJP government being very sensitive.
