BJP to hold Jan Aakrosh Yatra on Congress' 4th anniversary

JAIPUR: To commemorate the Congress' four years of "misrule" in the state, the BJP will hold the "Jan Aakrosh Rath Yatra" on December 1 in each of Rajasthan's 200 Assembly districts.

Satish Poonia, the head of the BJP in the state, says that 200 chariots yatra shall cover  75,000 miles in 200 assembly during the yatra. The party will also hold  20,000 chaupals and 20,000 nukkar meetings.

In a press conference on Sunday, Poonia said that the state BJP would send out the chariots of the "Jan Aakrosh Yatra" in all 200 assembly districts to protest the "jungle governance, misrule, and corruption" that had been practised by the state's Congress government.

J.P. Nadda, the state's BJP national president, will launch the yatra from Jaipur. J.P. Nadda, the party's national president, will launch this Jan Aakrosh Yatra on December 1 from Jaipur with the departure of 51 chariots.
200 chariots will pass through each of the state's 200 assembly districts in total.

In the press meet, It released a missed call number (8140200200) for the general public, on which people would be able to register public outrage against the Congress government by giving a missed call.

MOreover, a website was developed where all the programmes linked to the Jan Aakrosh Yatra will be updated and a charge sheet exposing the misgovernance of the Congress government for four years was released.

Dr. Poonia participated in the press conference along with Arun Singh, National General Secretary and State Incharge, Gulab Chand Kataria, Rajendra Rathore, National Spokesperson, Kirodi Lal Meena, Ramcharan Bohra, State Chief Spokesperson Ramlal Sharma, General Secretary Bhajan Lal Sharma, State Vice President Chandrakanta Meghwal, and District Chief Rama Devi Chopra.
