The Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi today after attending the Oath ceremony of Captain Amarinder Singh as Chief Minister of Punjab said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has used the money to win.

"We won the assembly polls in Manipur, Goa, and Punjab. BJP used the money for forming a government in Goa and Manipur. They have stolen the government," as per the sources news said, Mr. Gandhi.

Manohar Parrikar who swear in oath as the Chief Minister of Goa today faced the floor test in the Assembly and with the support of 22 MLAs, he showed his majority.
